Elizabeth is an executive coach and an expert in helping fast-growth teams get aligned during the high-stress, high-stakes process of scaling. With more than two decades in the trenches with leaders and teams, she’s found that the secret to creating a sustainable company culture is having just the right amount of process, being unapologetic about your values, and knowing yourself and your people.
Five years ago, after struggling with extreme burnout while climbing the executive ladder with two young kids, Elizabeth made a radical shift in her life and career to find balance and professional purpose. She openly speaks about her personal journey and the tools she now teaches others to reduce stress and prevent burnout.
With a background in psychotherapy and over two decades of experience guiding leaders and teams, she specializes in cultivating organizational resilience through introspective coaching, cultural alignment, and strategic system implementation. She holds her BA in Psychology from the University of Chicago, an MSW from Columbia University, and is an iPEC-certified coach.
