Startup Boston Week is finally here again! From September 9th to the 13th, Startup Boston and Suffolk University will be hosting a week-long event where founders, investors, working professionals, and students can participate in the startup ecosystem of Greater Boston.
This article will answer questions for participants on how best to get involved in Startup Boston Week. There will be community events for networking and speakers, while podcasters can host their podcast right here in Boston and interview startups movers and shakers. Companies looking to hire talent can do so at the SBW Career Fair where they have access to the best startup job seekers available in Greater Boston. Lastly, volunteering is another option for people who would love to help the Startup Boston team run this event.
Here are the five ways you can get involved with Startup Boston Week this year:
1. Be an Expert
Are you a professional coach, financial advisor, or part of a consulting firm? Don't miss the opportunity to expand your client base and share your expertise at Startup Boston Week's Expert Exchange. By participating as a featured coach, you can share your expertise through 1-on-1 conversations with attendees who are eager to learn from you.
Now in its second year, the Expert Exchange offers a dedicated space where attendees can book 1-on-1 appointments or drop in for expert advice. This is your chance to showcase your knowledge and attract new clients.
Previous coaches have included top professionals in various fields - executive coaches, financial wellness advisors, career coaches, leadership trainers, etc. - making this a prime opportunity to connect with potential clients actively seeking your services
This opportunity offers an excellent way to cultivate a robust sales pipeline, enhance your visibility within the startup ecosystem, and engage in valuable knowledge exchange with fellow coaches. Participating experts in the Expert Exchange will also receive exit survey data and contact information of attendees, enabling continued conversations beyond SBW2024.
