June’s Top Startup Events: Welcoming in the Summer




Summer is here! With the nicer weather comes startup events for this month. Here are some highlights:


We’re gearing up for Startup Boston’s Dealflow Mixer 2024 on the morning of June 6! Startup Boston and the City of Boston will be connecting founders and investors together. This event is for founders seeking Series A funding and investors seeking investments. 


Also happening on June 6 – The Greater Boston Accelerator Scene! There are many accelerator programs in the Greater Boston Area that provide a host of benefits and opportunities to startups. The event includes a panel, networking, and opportunities for founders to learn which accelerator program is the best fit and the right time to apply to an accelerator.  


From the realm of science fiction to science fact — emerging technologies, like spatial computing and AI, will  change how people develop and interact with technology. At the AI Building the Future event on June 18, founders and engineers can learn and discuss how these new transformative technologies will impact the market. It’s a perfect event for startup operators, product managers, and founders with a validated idea who are building their product. People interested in the startup scene are welcome to attend as well.

Demo Day debuts 12 companies graduating from the Techstars accelerator program.  This program focuses on leveraging the vast expertise of the Boston ecosystem to accelerate the growth of b2bSaas, Artificial Intelligence, healthtech, medtech, biotech, web3, other deep-tech, climate-tech and amazing blue sky startups, by providing founders with unparalleled access to top mentors, investors and experts in our community.

The University of Rhode Island (URI) hosts the Inclusive Innovation Conference. This conference “brings together 250+ of the region's corporate, startup, non-profit, and education to inspire, share best practices and connect to build a more inclusive future.”

​​Startup Boston welcomes B2B SaaS founders and investors to our third Dealflow Mixer of 2024. At this event, founders seeking Series A funding and investors seeking investments will get several hand-picked matches to sit down and explore if there is alignment between startup and investor.
